It will see world-renowned speakers head to the Town Hall to discuss experiences in cities big and small, from Barcelona to Shanghai, Marseille to London and Porto to Los Angeles. They will debate topics such as what is a cultural renaissance in the 21 century, can culture continue to be the rocket fuel for urban regeneration, what are the risks to success, the impacts of local and international partnership working and is bigger always better.

Some of the guests speaking at the event include; Jon Snow, TV Presenter and former University of Liverpool student, Maria Balshaw CBE, Director of the Tate art galleries and museums, Alice Webb, the director of BBC North and BBC Children’s plus many more.
